Eos Systems Service Continuity, Remote Access and COVID-19

To our valued customers and partners,

 

Eos Systems, like many other organizations, is paying close attention to the outbreak of the COVID-19 novel coronavirus. We are committed to the safety and wellbeing of our people, the communities where we work, and to the uninterrupted services to our customers and partners. We appreciate the trust that you place in us and would like to share some of the steps we have taken to safeguard your trust during the COVID-19 outbreak:

  • Our services are fundamentally designed to operate fully independently of our physical office locations. All our staff can operate remotely with the same safeguards protecting sensitive customer data.

  • Eos Systems has a COVID-19 specific plan, which we have activated, that provides a framework for responding to different potential scenarios, up to and including a full remote-work situation for our entire workforce.

  • We have promoted best-practice health measures as recommended by the CDC, WHO, Government Agencies and public resources in the areas where we work.

  • Our supply chains have prepared in advance to reduce the impact of potential shortages.
